The problem
Reports written after the job, from memory.
Technicians finish complex installations, then rebuild the report later: fields get missed, notes get retyped, and two languages are in play on every site.
How it works
From job number to finished report.
- 01
Enter the job number in Teams
Right where technicians already work.
- 02
The job is looked up in the CRM
Customer, site and job type come back automatically.
- 03
A guided, bilingual questionnaire
Chosen for that job type, in French or English.
- 04
The technician reviews and approves
Nothing is sent without their sign-off.
- 05
Validated data becomes the report
Sent to document generation, filed as a PDF in the document library.
Under the hood
Deterministic by design.
One deterministic engine with thin Teams adapters — and no AI model at all. Sessions persist, so a technician can pause mid-install and pick up later. It runs in the client’s own Microsoft tenant; an integration partner owns the CRM trigger and the PDF generation.
Status
Live in production.
In daily use by technicians, on real jobs and real data.
