2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it. This includes:

  • Contact form — name, email address, and any information you include in your message.
  • Cookies — see Section 7 below.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, political opinions, biometric data, etc.).

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Email and hosting providers that process data on our behalf, under a Data Processing Agreement.
  • Google Ireland Limited — provider of Google Analytics 4, which we use to measure website traffic. This runs only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Our form-processing provider — receives the contents of the contact form solely in order to deliver it to us by email.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by Belgian or EU law.

If we engage sub-processors outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Contact form submissions — retained for up to 12 months after our last communication, then deleted.
  • Cookie data — see Section 7.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. No analytics cookies are placed on your device unless you click “Accept” on the cookie banner — if you reject, or simply ignore the banner, Google Analytics stores nothing on your device. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which restores the banner.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
